Cancelled: Vermont Backcountry Hunters and Anglers Armed Force Initiative is canceling the Wild Root Turkey Shoot due to a lack of interest and last-minute cancellations. Calling all Veterans, Guard Members, and Active-Duty service members. Join BHA Armed Forces Initiative at Wild Roots Farm in Bristol, VT, for camping, turkey hunting, and a goat roast. Starting Friday, October 28th, members can begin arriving at 4:30pm, and the weekend ends Sunday 30th at 12:00pm. We will be camping at the farm and hunting in the Green Mountain National Forest.
