event_description: Idaho BHA announces the 3rd annual “Beer, Deer & Gear” consignment sale event. This is a one-day consignment sale fundraiser to benefit public lands with no admission charge. The event is similar to a ski swap, where outdoor enthusiasts can bring their unwanted outdoor gear to sell or simply do some shopping for great deals. The event is held on the lawn of Payette Brewing in downtown Boise. Consignment details at the bottom.Additionally, there will be several other great opportunities available.Seven great local vendors who will have outdoor booths setup to sell and display productsFREE mountain bike and e-bike demos from Georges Cycles and Backcountry e-Bikes (S & S Archery)Idaho BHA will have our largest raffle of the year. We will be pulling raffle winners every hour from 3:00PM-6:00PM. You do NOT have to be present to win.A food truck will be onsite if you get hungry.Idaho BHA staff and chapter leaders will be present to discuss BHAs conservation work and upcoming opportunities to help with events and stewardship projects.Payette Brewing is generously donating a portion of proceeds to BHA, so simply enjoying a beverage helps support conservation. Several volunteers will be available to help check-in items.BHA will provide tables and hanging racks to display items. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.Consignees must check-in each of their items with a BHA volunteer upon arrival.Consignee’s choose the sales price and donation amount (25%, 50% or 100%) for each item. BHA will provide a label for each item with a specific code for each item. Consignees must attach the label for each of their items and display the items.You can sell almost ANY piece of outdoor gear. Guns are NOT allowed. Knives and bows require seller to be with the item while it is on display. Please use your best judgement.BHA reserves the right to refuse accepting any piece of gear.Items that do not sell must be picked up from 6:00pm-7:30pm or they will be considered a donation to BHA. You will receive a check within 4 weeks from Idaho BHA for your portion of the items that you sell.
