For our second Women in the Woods Hunting Seminar we will cover animal biology and identification of Colorado game species, how to scout for hunting areas and animals, how to navigate using map and compass, GPS, and phone apps, how to track animals, and how to get in shape for hunting season. The first half of the day will be spent in the classroom and we will spend the second half of the day in the park applying the skills and knowledge we've learned. Attendees should bring a notebook, laptop (optional), field clothes for the weather, and water. We will supply coffee and snacks throughout the day as well as lunch. This event is free, but registration is required. (Seminar is also rain or shine!)
