Help Montana BHA celebrate Earth Day! For the second year in a row, we're working to clean our public lands outside Bozeman! Join us on Saturday, April 29th as we clean up trash and shooting materials that litter the some of our DNRC state lands. Near Logan Landfill is a popular, user-created shooting area that continues to need help staying clean!
We'll meet at 9am and get to work cleaning up as much as we can. The Logan Landfill has generously agreed to allow us to dispose of collected garbage free of charge. Please wear clothes and footwear that offer protection. Water and snacks will be provided. If possible, we ask that volunteers bring work gloves, 5-gallon buckets, wheel barrow, utility wagon, steel rake, scoop shovel, and magnets. Once the cleanup is done, please stick around to have some fire-grilled lunch, courtesy of our fantastic chef friends Jaime and Caleb Teigen. Be sure to RSVP to this event so we have an accurate headcount for lunch!
