There will be numerous opportunities for families to enjoy this wonderful facility and engage with like-minded folks on all topics of the outdoors. We are truly grateful for the Looking Glass River Sportsmans Club to allow us the use of their facility for this great event!
This year we will have so much to offer including some great presentations lined up covering interesting topics such as foraging, out of state hunting opportunities, and wild game butchering. These educational sessions will certainly allow attendees an opportunity to engage and walk away with additional knowledge.

FRIDAY
3pm - 7pm Registration, arrive to set up camp
8:30pm Bonfire Meet and Greet. Facilitated conversations about BHA, Michigan Chapter, and conservation. Bring your great ideas!
Saturday
8:30am Conservation Coffee Chats
9:30am -10:45am Jason Meekhof - Field butchering game
11am-12pm Thom Jorgenson - Off season and out of state hunting
Break for lunch and networking 12-1:30pm
1:30pm - 2:30pm Jared Duquette - foraging and mutualism during hunting
2:45pm -3:45pm Brian Frawley - what we've learned from the first year of whitetail harvest reporting
4pm -6pm Archery range (extra fee collected at time of event for facility range)
6pm -7pm Supplied Supper of smoked pork and various sides, and last chances to purchase raffle tickets
7pm-7:45pm Raffle drawing
8:30pm Bonfire and Telling Stories and Lies!
SUNDAY
Break camp, exchange contact info, and say goodbyes,

Accommodations:
There is plenty of room for disbursed tent camping on site. RV's are welcome however, there are no utilities available so please fill up your holding tank prior to arrival. Generators are welcome but must be shut off between 10pm - 7am.
