Chapter Donations

  • Alberta Chapter contributed $2k for stream remediation in the Ghost Public Land Use Zone.
  • CO Chapter donated $240 to support a new stream access site.
  • ID Chapter Donated $1000 and Volunteer Time to a new archery range near Boise.
  • Indiana BHA contributed $3,500 to multiple projects at Roush Lake fish and wildlife area, which included installation of wood duck boxes and the restoration of a public 3D archery range.
  • MT Chapter donated:
    • $1,560 for a signage project in SW Montana encouraging responsible, legal OHV use.
    • $1,500 to assist the USFS in a bridge build in NW Montana which restored trail access to public lands.
    • $1,000 to help complete a public/free archery range in Missoula spearheaded by Hellgate Hunters & Anglers.
  • ND Chapter contributed $11,400 to a Yellowstone River boat ramp renovation project.
  • Southeast Chapter donated $250 and 100 Journals to Southern Outdoors Unlimited for their handicapped youth Super Hunt.
  • WA Chapter contributed $5k to Migratory Corridor Crossing Project
  • WI Chapter contributed $2000 for CWD carcass dumpsters
  • WY Chapter donated $3,000 to Access Yes

Backcountry Hunters & Anglers is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that relies on private donations for our organization’s work on public lands. BHA is fiscally transparent and strives to be efficient in our everyday work. In Fiscal Year 2019 our revenue was $5,120,611 and expenses were $4,736,329.
