Chairman Adam Eckley of Bloomsburg, Columbia County
Region: Northeast
Adam is a native Pennsylvanian and a lifelong hunter and angler. Having grown up hunting, fishing and recreating in the mountains and spring creeks of central Pennsylvania, he is a firm believer in the importance of the conservation of the wide open spaces of our public lands and water resources.
Adam is a strong advocate for access and opportunity for everyone and was responsible for the launch of a successful mentorship program within the Pennsylvania chapter, where he has been a board member since 2021. His interests are broad and diverse and he enjoys activities ranging from backpacking to fly fishing to bow hunting.
When he’s not busy mentoring his two young sons, you’ll find him each spring chasing long beards in the big woods of the PA wilds.
Vice Chair Keith Colonna of Beaver, Beaver County
Region: Southwest
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Keith began hunting and fishing as an adult in 2015. His passion is hunting and fishing in the PA Wilds region. He is especially passionate about hunting deer and fly fishing for wild trout. When he’s not hunting or fishing, Keith enjoys hiking, bicycling, kayaking, and exploring the beautiful public lands Pennsylvania has to offer with his wife and dog.
“It’s hard to quantify what public lands mean to me. Without them, I’d have nowhere to hunt or fish. I know how many special experiences public lands have afforded me in the outdoors. I can’t think of a better way to give back than to help ensure future generations have the same opportunity.”
Secretary Nick Long of Mifflintown, Juniata County
Region: Southcentral
A central Pennsylvania native, Nick spends lots of time in the outdoors near his home with family hunting, fishing and hiking. He also travels to the western U.S. and Canada, with his most recent adventure being a DIY antelope hunt on public lands in Wyoming.
“I am eager to help in any way I can, and I look forward to more events such as pint nights, chapter hikes, fundraisers, awareness and educational events, and more,” Long said.
Treasurer Rick McClellan of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County
Region: Southeast
Rick is a CPA, lives in Philadelphia and grew up in the Lehigh Valley. He spent his childhood fishing and deer hunting. As he got older he began taking advantage of the diversity of hunting opportunities offered in Pennsylvania and now spends as many days pursuing waterfowl as he is in a deer stand.
He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and adventures of being outdoors with others. He tries to make a goal each year to recruit someone new to get their first hunting license along with taking an experienced hunter in pursuit of a new species.
